2. Fill out the contact form to inquire about pricing
   ​

3. When you've received pricing information and are ready to move forward, print and complete this order form​
    

4. Ship your material and order form to AUD at 175 S Hamilton Pl #105, Gilbert, AZ 85233.
    

5. Once we receive your order, it will automatically go into our standard production queue. We will notify you when your order has been completed.

Please note:​

• Design and programming fees will apply to any pattern modifications and custom orders

• The largest size we can stitch is approximately 45 x 26 inches

• Expedited Production requests may require additional fees.
