HOW TO ORDER

To best serve you, we communicate by email to ensure the details of your project are properly documented.

Please follow the steps to inquire about pricing and submit your order and we will reach out to discuss next steps:

Select a pattern and thread from the options below
Fill out the contact form to inquire about pricing
When you've received pricing information and are ready to move forward, print and complete this order form
Ship your material and order form to AUD
Once we receive your order, it will automatically go into our standard production queue. We will notify you when your order has been completed.

Please note:

Design and programming fees will apply to any pattern modifications and custom orders
The largest size we can stitch is approximately 45 x 26 inches
Expedited Production requests may require additional fees.
